Shipping & Delivery Policy

A shipping fee applies to all orders under ₹500. Please add your billing and shipping addresses, review your order to know the exact charges, and click on 'Place Order.' The shipping fee depends on the order quantity and the pincode. Igniva Marketing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or waive the shipping fee occasionally.

Refund of Shipping Fee

The shipping fee will be refunded in the following cases:

• Order cancellation by the customer before delivery;
• Order declined by the seller;
• Order shipment lost during transit or undelivered.

Note: The shipping fee will not be refunded to customers in the event of a return of a delivered order.
